The position is within the Liquidation Entity of the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA), at Bamako. The incumbent provides leadership and supervision of medical logistics and operational functions to ensure provision of efficient and effective medical services to UN staff and other constituents under the area of operation. The incumbent provides Mission staff and other UN country team personnel with theoretical and practical inputs on Medical First responder and Emergency Trauma Bag Training as well as Mass Casualty Incident Training. S/he also plans and implements HIV/AIDS awareness programme for the national and international staff. The incumbent reports to the Chief Service Delivery and/or Office the DMS/ Liquidation Coordinator.
