As an active CITES Secretariat team member, efficient, timely, responsive, client-friendly and high-quality support rendered to the CITES Secretariat and its beneficiaries in the accomplishment of her/his functions, including: 1.MIKE site elephant mortality data for 2023 entered into MIKE online database, and verified as needed; 2.Analysis of 2023 MIKE site elephant mortality data, including production of continental trend analysis for Africa and Asia, and sub-regional analysis for Africa, completed; 3.Draft report including completed analysis of 2023 MIKE site data, presented to the MIKE-ETIS Technical Advisory Group and MIKE CCU for feedback; 4.Final report prepared on analysis of 2023 MIKE site data, incorporating feedback received from the MIKE-ETIS Technical Advisory Group, the MIKE CCU and Secretariat staff; 5.MIKE sites report prepared for each MIKE site that have submitted carcasses data for 2023 in Africa and Asia; 6.Power point presentation prepared highlighting the analysis conducted and the results; 7.Relevant MIKE CCU staff are trained on the use of the MIKE online database, MIKE data analysis (including PIKE trend analysis), and any other training related to MIKE data management.
