This position is located in the Human Trafficking and Migrant Smuggling Section (HTMSS), Organized Crime and Illicit Trafficking Branch (OCB). Division for Treaty Affairs (DTA), United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), in Vienna. The incumbent will work under the direct supervision and substantive guidance of the Project Coordinator of the GLO.ACT initiative, and the overall guidance of the Chief, Human Trafficking and Migrant Smuggling Section. The initiative works alongside partner countries in developing and implementing more effective national and international responses to trafficking in persons and migrant smuggling, especially in Central Asia, the Middle East and South Asia.
