Upon completion of service, UN HABITAT will have implemented 4-5 urban events in Cairo that exhibit the complexities of the city. The events will build momentum for the WUF and will provide an opportunity for citizens to engage with the city. UN HABITAT will also implement a number of legacy initiatives that address key challenges for Cairenes. The initiatives will serve as a micro upgrade and as pilot for other areas of the city.
