It will aim to achieve measurable improvements in economic prosperity, political stability, social equity, and environmental sustainability, ultimately leading to a better quality of life for all Somalis. Honorarium and Travel The Consultant will be paid USD15,000 for the assignment over a period of 5 months. The consultancy may involve travel to Kigali or any other agreed venue, for which transportation and all related costs will be provided for by ECA.
