• Capacity assessment of the UPS in relation to collecting, analyzing and sharing prison intelligence information conducted. Develop adequate safeguards for collecting and sharing of prison intelligence information. • Training modules on prison Intelligence developed. • Organize one dissemination meeting to validate the developed Prisons Intelligence Modules and launch the prisons intelligence modules. • Update, review and operationalize the Uganda Prisons services Intelligence policy framework and disseminate it to stakeholders. • Two training of trainers (TOT) workshops organized targeting 40 prison intelligence officers. • Conduct inter-agency meetings between the UPS & other relevant security and law enforcement actors to facilitate the sharing of prison intelligence information. • Support the piloting of the security audit and intelligence check lists in targeted prisons.
