• Tailored PCVE course modules developed and the capacity of at least 50 national authorities and CSOs to deliver the new PCVE training course with knowledge and confidence strengthened. • MDAs who are members of NCTC and criminal justice agencies are provided with essential training and familiarisation with key concepts and human rights compliance related to PCVET. • A checklist for monitoring places of detention in line with the Nelson Mandela Rules developed ,tested and reviewed. • Senior Management at the UPS acquainted with the Essentials of preventing and countering violent extremism in prisons, PATS mentored to cascade the training and 400 prison staff of the 16 administrative regions of the UPS receive training. • Enhanced CSOs techniques and confidence to deliver PCVE interventions with prisoners related to rehabilitation and reintegration. • Technical Guidance notes in support of priority R&R issues for prisoners including violent extremist prisoners in Uganda submitted to UPS. • The digitalized version of the Be-spoke Training Course on PCVET in prisons and tailored reference materials is compliant with the quality of the source material. • Materials for PATS developed to deliver specialist training modules on rehabilitation and reintegration for VEPs ready for gazetting. • Interim summary reports prepared after each mission and final assignment report, with all documented outputs annexed, submitted to UNODC (Office in Uganda
