1. Participate in weekly meetings with the ITC project management to provide updates, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables are executed on time by all parties involved. 2. Organise and participate in bi-monthly meetings with the donor to timely communicate the developments of the project and discuss the roadmap and other issues that may arise. Deliver Minutes of the meetings. 3. Organise and participate in trimestral institutional meetings (Ministries, Guilds, UCC and others as required), delivering minutes of the meetings. 4. Coordinate presence of EU and other Institutions at the Premiere by 30 August 2024. 5. Prepare and give the speech to represent the project at the Premiere by 30 August 2024. 6. Gather data and prepare a presentation with Season 2 online training results, Call for Entry and registration results to present to the donor and other institutions by 30 September 2024. 7. Assist the Media Advisor in the compilation of the Grand Finale guest list, including guests from institutional partners, donor, ministries and industry (provide guest list & contacts/database of suggested people to invite) by 30 October 2024. 8. Coordinate with the communication lead and relevant stakeholders to ensure that the promotion of the Grand Finale event graphics and videos and other promotional materials are approved by the donor by 30 October 2024. 9. Gather data and prepare a presentation with Season 2 Business Incubation and pitching camp results to present to the donor and other institutions by 30 November 2024. 10. Gather data and prepare a presentation with Season 2 production incubation and talent development bootcamp results to present to the donor and other institutions by 31 December 2024. 11. Coordinate with the communication lead and relevant stakeholders to ensure that the Premiere event graphics and videos and other promotional materials are approved by the donor by 31 January 2025. 12. Assist the Media Advisor in the compilation of the Premiere guest list, including guests from institutional partners, donor, ministries and industry (provide guest list & contacts/database of suggested people to invite) by 31 January 2025. 13. Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure that TV show credits and other promotional materials are approved by the donor by 31 January 2025. 14. Coordinate with the strategic advisor to ensure outreach partner is on point with schedule for the screenings around the country (provide screening schedule) by 31 January 2025. 15. Coordinate with the logistics coordinator to ensure the broadcasting schedule is presented to the EU by 28 February 2025. 16. Gather data from the team and draft the annual report project assessment and evaluation delivered by 28 February 2025. 17. Coordinate presence of EU and other Institutions at the Premiere by 28 February 2025. 18. Prepare and give the speech to represent the project at the Premiere by 28 February 2025. 19. Coordinate the Regional Exhibition Premiere at the grass-root level through the local cinema halls (Bibanda) by 28 February 2025. 20. Gather data from the team and draft the annual report project assessment and evaluation delivered by 31 March 2025.
