This position is located in the UN JPO Programme, Human Resources Management (HRM), Capacity Development Programme Management Office (CDPMO), Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA). The position contributes to the overall objective of the UN JPO Programme to effectively provide donor-funded human resources through the Programme to support the UN Secretariat’s mandates on capacity development. Supporting DESA CDPMO’s function as “Center of Excellence” for JPO matters in the UN Secretariat, the Human Resources Officer reports directly to the Chief, UN JPO Programme, and under the overall guidance of the Chief, HRM, CDPMO.
