The final output will be a series of reports describing: - Revised and consolidated national subsystem for measuring reporting and verification. - NDC tracking sheets for all prioritized NDC actions, including baseline data, and background report for each sheet including a description of monitoring and reporting approach, institutional arrangements, and plans for improvement of data gaps where needed. - The outcome of meetings and workshops throughout the implementation of the ICAT project in Mozambique, highlighting the level of involvement of participants, - Validation of the outputs of the ICAT project and feedback from participating stakeholders and lessons learned.
