The position is located in the UNODC Regional Office for Eastern Africa (ROEA), Division for Operations (DO), United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). The incumbent will work under the general guidance of the UNODC ROEA Regional Representative and the direct supervision of the Programme Management Officer heading the Transnational Organized Crime, Illicit Trafficking and Terrorism Programme for Eastern Africa, as well as the substantive technical and policy guidance of the ROEA Procurement Officer and the Chief, Procurement Unit (PU), General Support Section (GSS), Division for Management (DM) at Vienna headquarters.
