Output B: Continuous and systematic monitoring is ensured Deliverables: • CEB project data is regularly compiled, revised and stored in a systematic and retrievable way. • CEB project data is systematically categorized and analyzed for the purpose of reporting, planning and Output strategic decision making. • Independent project evaluations are supported, and their concrete follow-up coordinated, if/as applicable. Output C: Reports are results based and delivered on time Deliverables: • CEB global programme reports meet results-based standards and are submitted in time. • Other ad-hoc reporting requirements are delivered as requested. • Monthly reports on the progress and/or completion of pre-agreed work assignments are submitted to the supervisor. Output D: CEB achievements are visible and fund-raising is supported Deliverables: • Related communication and visibility products/contents are developed. • Project donor reports meet results-based standards, in line with the agreement, and are submitted in time. • Donor/steering committee meetings are supported. • Fund-raising proposals are developed in an appealing way.
