Under the supervision of the Chief, HIV/AIDS Section; Drugs, Laboratory and Scientific Services Branch, Division for Policy Analysis and Public Affairs; UNODC the consultant will: - Support UNODC in providing technical support for the development of the Malawi National Drug Control Policy - Prepare and deliver capacity building for PWID focal points in Malawi to promote harm reduction - Deliver tailored trainings, based on developed training package on establishing and implementing OAT programmes for and with people who use drugs.
