Result of Service
In accordance with stated deliverables, indicators and timelines, the results of this service will be accomplished through organization and delivery of; • Completed and shareable questionnaire aimed at prosecution and legal staff in Fiji • Proposed agenda aligned with workshop outcomes, • Delivery of workshop with concluding assessment report, encompassing written recommendations for consideration to law reform or future training plans. • Proposed agenda aligned with training course outcomes, • Associated training materials including presentation slides & pre/post test questions, • Delivery of Training with concluding assessment report, encompassing a needs assessment of participants and proposed follow-up training recommendations. Dates and details of deliverables: Del A: Deliver 1 day workshop for Fiji ODPP on the results and findings from the Cybercrime Act Desk Review (1 working day/ 16 January 2025) Del B: Develop draft MLA and Extradition manual for Fiji based upon the outline provided by Fiji AGO and ongoing discussions with AGO Office (30 working days/ 17 March 2025) Del C: Present MLA manual draft at 'ratification and verification workshop' for comment and amendment (1 working day/ 19 March 2025) Del D: Incorporate feedback and develop final MLA and Extradition manual for Fiji based upon amendments, comment, and discussion from key stakeholders (5 working days/ 28 March 2025) Del E: Design 2 day training course based upon findings of cybercrime act desk review, including lesson plan, agenda, pre/post-test questionnaire, presentation slides and practicable exercises and scenarios on cybercrime Act 2021 (5 working days/ 31 May 2025) Del F: Deliver national training course on Fiji Cybercrime act with reference to Deliverable 2, producing an activity and assessment report on the training delivered (4 working days/ 2 August 2025)
