• Review the existing performance management system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malawi. • Develop an implementation plan to deploy the performance management system and capacity building of the Ministry’s staff. • Coordinate the implementation of the plan. • Tools for Capacity Assessment. • Undertake capacity assessment and gap identification for the smooth deployment and maintenance of the performance management system. • Coordinate the development of training material. • Organize and facilitate training workshops. • Provide technical assistance. • Generate periodic reports.
