Training materials for use in open-source investigation training updated. Standard operating procedures for inter-agency coordination and information sharing developed. Report on a meeting of the Lao Advisory Programme prepared and delivered, including guidance on elements of operations. Report on a joint cross-border case coordination meeting for Lao PDR, Thailand and Viet Nam prepared and delivered. Law-enforcement-sensitive report on crime convergence and trends in the border regions of the Greater Mekong Sub-region produced. Two training courses for law enforcement officers operating under the BLO/PCU mechanisms developed and delivered.
