The roadmap aims to provide guidance to: 1. Develop a competitive, dynamic, diverse and sustainable space economy, including a thriving commercial space market with national and international perspectives; 2. Develop infrastructure and networks for promoting space innovation and entrepreneurship; 3. Maximize the socio-economic benefits of space-based applications, including for driving economic growth in non-space sectors, such as agriculture; 4. Develop a robust enabling environment that encourages investment and fosters innovation, including but not limited to finance, legal and regulatory frameworks.
