Courage in Crisis peer learning: Document learning from the pilots and prior training/simulation exercises to support the delivery of additional iterations of the Courage in Crisis exercise. Utilizing learning from the two pilot iterations: • Contribute to the revision of the training content and methodology based on the evaluation of the two pilots. • Collaborate with the project team to integrate PSEA considerations into simulation design and execution. • Liaise with PSEA stakeholders including the Office of USG Saunders, Special Coordinator on improving the UN response to SEA. • Collate preparatory materials on essential protection, gender and PSEA approaches and make these available on user friendly online platforms. • Backstop the development of online modules as a compliment to the in-person methodology. • Coordinate, in collaboration with project team, the logistics for additional iterations in 2025. Support streamlined and strategic communication between Senior Management Team, and operations: Ensure engagement with operations at critical points of the deployment process (pre-deployment, check-ins, end of deployment). Engage with operations to find out how the Projects can support, beyond deployments. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Development: Collaborate with the project team to create key Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ongoing and upcoming deployments. Ensure that SOPs reflect best practices and improve operational efficiency. Induction Package Creation: With input from NORCAP project team support the creation of an induction package for hosting agencies to ensure thorough preparation and understanding of project requirements. Deliver materials that facilitate smooth onboarding for agency staff. Support streamlined and strategic communication between Senior Management Team and TRG: Support engagement with TRG on prioritization of countries for deployment, areas of support in current deployment and preparation for future deployments, sharing ToR, challenges flagged from operation countries are adequately addressed. Engagement with IASC members and key partners: Support Senior Management in strengthening the ties with IASC members to strengthen ownership of the Projects. Event organizing: Organize a session about the Projects at the Humanitarian Networks and Partnerships Weeks, regular donor engagement, Advisory Group meetings... Resource Mobilization Strategy: Support engagement with current and prospective donors towards funding the 2025-26 appeal (donor meetings, missions...) Communications Strategy: Assist in the development of a comprehensive communications strategy for the 2025-26 appeal. Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to maximize outreach and impact. Project Support and Linkages: Provide overall support to the ProCaP and GenCap projects, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing between projects. Strengthen linkages with the PSEA Cap to enhance project outcomes. Perform other duties as required
