The consultant will support the implementation of the SDG Cities Urban Governance Tool and the SDG Cities Legal Checklist by coordinating meetings with local and regional governments, providing technical expertise, developing and validating reports, and offering actionable recommendations for capacity-building. They will also manage the tool’s digital adaptation, lead its pilot in at least one city or country, and ensure effective promotion and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, the consultant will oversee project planning, budget management, and cross-unit collaboration to ensure successful tool deployment and integration into city-level action plans.
