The incumbent will work under the direct supervision of the Head of SheTrades Initiative, and in close collaboration with the Gender, Disability and Inclusion (GDI) unit and the Disability Focal points, to perform the following duties:   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Develop guidelines for a corporate approach to trade and disability inclusion. This practical guideline will encompass project design, implementation and monitoring and evaluation: • Project design: the document will provide guidance to ITC project managers on how to include the specific needs and concerns of PWDs in log frames, implementation approach, budget, among others. The participation of PWDs organisations in project design will be emphasized. • Implementation: the document will provide guidance on practical ways to integrate PWDs into project activities, including in terms of accessible services, Assistive Technology, and inclusive communication. This component will be developed in collaboration with ITC project managers with past experience in delivering inclusive projects. • Monitoring and evaluation: the document will provide guidance on inclusive monitoring and evaluation criteria and processes. The guidelines will provide tailored guidance to take into account the intersectional nature of exclusion, with dedicated recommendations for women with disabilities, youth with disabilities, PWDs and displacement, and working with PWDs in climate related projects. A particular emphasis will be placed on the use of digital technologies as enabler. 2) The consultant will map and consult potential partners for a joint innovation challenge focused on assistive technology
