This position is located in the United Nations, Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), Americas, Europe and Central Asia Branch (AECAB), Americas Section in Panama City. The incumbent reports to the Deputy Regional Representative, under the general supervision of the Regional Representative. The focus of this job is to lead the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programmes, operations and other activities in the assigned functional area.
