1. Technical input for the national training workshop programmes in Zimbabwe and in Rwanda are provided; 2. Three presentations addressing issues of detection, documents check, classification, and investigation and three exercises on customs procedures and documentation developed for Zimbabwe; 3. The customization of the three presentations addressing issues of detection, documents check, classification, and investigation and of the three exercises on customs procedures and documentation for Rwanda; 4. Technical inputs are provided to the enforcement strategy to implement the Plastic Waste Amendments developed by Rwanda; 5. Six national workshops on enforcement of the Basel Convention and Plastic Waste Amendments.
