This consultancy aims to deliver a fully functional Engagement Compass tool that is seamlessly integrated into the Donor Information Platform, achieved through either optimizing existing tools or implementing Microsoft 365 Dynamics. Cleaned and well-organized data will support the Engagement Compass and other components of the platform, enhancing the overall functionality of the DIP. Additionally, the consultant will deliver improved workflows through tailored automation tools, ensuring greater efficiency within the unit. Finally, data analyst interns are effectively onboarded and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge, enabling them to contribute meaningfully to the unit’s projects and workflows.
