The consultant will collaborate with the ICAT focal point in the Ministry of Environment and Renewable Energies of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, who will oversee the work and ensure compliance with the deliverable requirements. The consultant's services will be under the authority of the UNEP-CCC and the technical supervision of the ICAT focal point in the Ministry of Environment and Renewable Energies and the general supervision of UNEP-CCC. In all cases, a deliverable is considered complete after technical review and approval by the ICAT focal point in the Ministry of Environment and Renewable Energies and final approval by UNEP-CCC.
