The ultimate result of this consultancy is to source and identify high-potential, high-impact waste-to-energy urban infrastructure projects, in Morocco, to undergo priority project preparation via the Cities Investment Facility. The role requires the Consultant to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including the CIF Secretariat, UN-Habitat staff, programmes and affiliates, and in-country stakeholders including project owners, promoters and developers, in Morocco.
