The Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM) in the Department of Management is pleased to announce a series of recent changes that have been introduced in inspira to enhance the application experience and the evaluation process.
- The application process has been re-organized for a more user-friendly and intuitive experience.
- There are now fewer steps in the application process. For instance, applicants are no longer required to indicate preferences for work areas and duty stations.
- Detailed instructions are provided in the application process, including in the the education and work experience sections.
- Short-term certificates or diplomas can be quickly added as "Training (Non-UN)" in the Skills & Training page.
- In the work experience section, the description of duties and achievements are combined under a single heading where applicants can state the duties and resulting achievements in one place.
Before submitting a new application, we recommend that you ensure the details of your work experience are well-presented in the new format. The updated application format appears slightly different from how information was presented in previously submitted applications.
We hope you enjoy the enhanced inspira experience!
