The Office of Human Resources (OHR) in the Department of Management Strategy, Policy and Compliance (DMSPC) and the Office of Support Operations (OSO) in the Department of Operational Support (DOS) are pleased to announce a series of recent changes that have been introduced in inspira to enhance the application experience and the evaluation process.

  • The application process has been re-organized for a more user-friendly and intuitive experience.
  • There are now fewer steps in the application process. For instance, applicants are no longer required to indicate preferences for work areas and duty stations.
  • Applicants now have the opportunity to articulate what directly motivates them to apply for specific jobs.
  • Detailed instructions are provided in the application process, including in the job requirements, education, work experience, and motivation statement sections.
  • Applicants only record those short-term certificates or diplomas when stipulated as job requirements.
  • In the work experience section, the summary of duties field has been configured to accept up to 1,000 characters allowing applicants to directly focus on the most important elements of their current and previous jobs.

Before submitting a new application, we recommend that you ensure the details of your work experience are well-presented in the new format. The updated application format appears slightly different from how information was presented in previously submitted applications.

We hope you enjoy the enhanced inspira experience!
