The Talent Pool is a subscription platform used for outreach purposes by recruiters
across all participating United Nations entities.
Subscribers express interest in receiving information about job openings through a
simple, two-minute survey. Based on their preferences, pool members will receive
notifications about opportunities that match their profile.
As an inclusive employer the United Nations always looks for diverse talent to secure the
highest standards of efficiency, competence, and integrity for all its positions and
duty stations. Approximately 7500 staff in all categories are expected to retire between
2020 and 2030, creating an opportunity to accelerate progress towards gender parity and
