* Successful implementation of the Staff Services Gateway Project;
* Timely producing of customized, and accurate HR reports;

6 months after signing contracts.
* The Individual Contractors provide support to the HR team with the "Staff Services Gateway Project", by undertaking the following four steps i.e. (i) As-Is mapping, (ii) To-Be mapping, (iii) process costing and (iv) SOP drafting;
* Designing, creating databases for recording and monitoring processes and created customized reports related to contractual extensions, recording exceptions to staff rules and regulations, flexible and alternate work arrangements, outside activities, sick leave records, etc;
* Work closely with colleagues in the Strategy and Information Management Unit to produce monthly HR Reports; smooth implementation of the HPE filing system;
* Perform other duties as assigned by the SBG Team Leaders, Chief Talent Management Unit and Chief Human Resources Officer.
Academic Qualifications: A High School Diploma is required. Additional studies in information management, computer science or other related fields is highly desirable.
Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in the area of administration, information systems analysis and programming, systems administration and maintenance, software development, technical writing or related area is required.
Language: Fluency in one of the working languages of the UN Secretariat, English or French, (both oral and written) is required; knowledge of the other is desirable; knowledge of another UN official language is an advantage.
