The duration of the consultancy is 5 months with possibility of extension subject to availability of funds;
Under the direct supervision of the Head of Registration and working closely with the Business Analyst, the incumbents will be responsible to:
• Lead the quality control process for software solutions to ensure all issues are flagged
• Finalize and update Quality Control SOP
• Document all issues on a centralized tracker and ensure issues categorization
• Collaborate with the Information Management and Technology Department (IMTD) to
ensure rapid solutions for systems bugs
• Work closely with Business Analyst to put in place corrective actions and presentation
actions (CAPA) for business related issues
• Create test plans for software enhancements and ensure all new functionalities are fully
tested prior to release
• Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes
• Review user interfaces constantly for consistency and functionality
• Document test cases
• Any other tasks related to quality control

Academic Qualifications:
• A university degree from an accredited educational institution in engineering, business
management or a related discipline
• Good knowledge of quality control and business/data analysis.
Experience:
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in using a variety of software applications to support communication and
collaboration, and to create and maintain requirements artifacts, model concepts, track
issues, and increase overall productivity.
Language:
Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic
• The incumbent will be based in Beirut;
• Remuneration will be set at 1,187.60 USD per month;
• One and a half day annual leave per month.
