The Individual Contractor is required to undertake the following tasks:
• Create the look, layout and features of the web version of a content, understanding both graphic design and computer programming
• Work with the graphic designers and development teams to create visual presentations, including short videos and animated info graphs
• Read scripts and storylines to understand animation requirements
• Prepare presentations with raw designs to clients, using software and other techniques to produce animations
• Develop storyboards for production, using technological tools and content management techniques to tell a story or provide information in visual form
• Create or use models, drawings and illustrations by hand or electronically
• Join images with background graphics and special effects
• Ensure synchronization of frames and audio
• Participate in the content analysis process
• Collaborate with production team members and clients to understand needs, review scripts, design storyboards, and create and edit animations
• Perform assignments, including drawing paintings, computer animation, infographic and printmaking design, books illustrations, creative writing, technical art, installations and photography
• Perform other functions as per the exigencies of work in web development
Skills: Advanced computer skills is desirable.
Academic Qualifications: Bachelor in Graphic Design/Content analysis and web development or equivalent is required.
Experience: Ten-years experience in web development and content visualization is required.
Language: Excellent knowledge of English and good command of Arabic is required.
