Gaza
¿ The duration of the consultancy is 6 to 11 months, extendable according to performance and availability of funds.
¿ Remuneration for this consultancy will be $1,490.30 and depend on fund availability, qualifications, and relevant experience.
¿ The incumbent will be only in Gaza.
• Manage each project’s scope and timeline, Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks, Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from clients or stakeholders).
• Prepare the Product Backlog, and ensure that every team member understands goals, scope, and product domain.
• Monitor project progress, provide timely feedback, and drive a culture of agility and learning.
• Support the product owners in arranging and optimizing product backlog and organize scrum events as necessary.
• Performs other related duties as required.
Academic Qualifications:
¿ A university degree or master's degree from an accredited educational institution in information technology, information management, Information systems, computer science, computer engineering, Software engineering, Business Administration, Management, or other related disciplines;
Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience for a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years for a master’s degree in Information Technology and Business Applications development; in which 3 years of experience in playing scrum master role and implementing the projects using various Microsoft technologies specifically on .Net development.
• Solid experience specifically on .Net and SharePoint, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Good experience and sound understanding of IT fundamentals and technologies pertinent to creating business solutions (software development and testing, architecture, applications, databases, integration)
• Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in all areas of application development life cycle and process tools.
• Sound knowledge of estimation techniques, design patterns, and awareness of industry trends.
• Employment history must demonstrate progressive levels of responsibility.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in Agile process or Azure DevOps
• Experience in rigorous testing and validation
• A robust troubleshooting methodology and the ability to work under fast-paced timelines with creative solutions.
• Demonstrated experience presenting work to both technical and non-technical audiences.
