• Support the team for visuals including with short-video on COSP10 UNCAC
For CEB:
• Action plan, preliminary design elements, and preliminary site structure for the CEB website are submitted for feedback and technical feasibility consultations.
• Site map, primary, secondary and tertiary level menu structure, and custom page templates, including illustrations, are completed and focus group meetings with relevant stakeholders are convened.
• Primary, secondary and tertiary level page content on current CEB website is overhauled, including refining / redrafting written content.
• Final website launched.
• Final design is adjusted to provide templates for printed CEB materials, such as publications, brochures, etc.

Under the direct supervision of the Programme Officer (CSU), the Individual Contractor will perform the following tasks:
• Support with development of a video on SE4U achievements;
• Assist with redesigning CSU brand identity by creating a new logo;
• Assist with designing roll-up and poster for Constructive Dialogues as well as with design development of SE4U brochure and leaflet.
Under the direct supervision of the Public Information Officer (CEB), the Individual Contractor will perform the following tasks:
• Become fully acquainted with the detailed proposal and recommendations for improvements to UNODC CEB website, as developed in the Phase I of the Redesign and Modernization project;
• Assistance on the development of a detailed plan of improvement and on the validated proposed course of action with regards to the modernization of the design and site structure with a broader pool of stakeholders in CEB, the UNODC Advocacy Section, and the UNOV ITS team;
• Support the recalibration of this approach and action plan in accordance with received feedback and technical feasibility;
• Specifically, assistance on the development and validation the following elements:
- Site map and main menu structure.
- An engaging design for the Country Profiles.
- Proposal for the integration of related sub-domains, in particular TRACK.
- Proposal for improving the searchability of documents and reports published on the website.
- Content overhaul of main pages as well as secondary and tertiary level pages, including an assessment of the current page
- Adapt the design developed and validated for the website to printed CEB materials, such as publications, brochures, etc.
• Carry out preliminary vetting of design and ideas through 3-5 focus group meetings with relevant stakeholders;
• Design a set of custom page templates, including illustrations (exploring both conservative and innovative design approaches), to support the various functional needs;
• Analyze available CEB data to identify statistics that are publicly shareable, demonstrative of the Branch’s impact and engagement with stakeholders.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of five years of experience in video production and editing, as well as production of online educational materials and related skills is required.
• Excellent knowledge of video and graphic software such as, but not limited to, Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is required.
• Knowledge of website content management systems is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong drafting ability is required.
• English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For this post, fluency in oral and written English is required. Knowledge of another official United Nations language is an advantage.
