The ultimate result of the services will be the successful completion of appropriate administrative tasks related to the functioning of the UNIC Moscow office. This includes the preparation of invoices, purchasing office supplies, assisting with various events, travel arrangements, assisting with UN’s official visits, drafting correspondence, coordinating with IT support, and maintaining files and documents. UNIC Moscow

Under the overall supervision of the UNIC Moscow Director, the IC’s duties are as follows:
• Preparing invoices for processing by Hub Assistant in Beirut: translation, summary of invoices.
• Purchasing office supplies and stationery.
• Communicating with the cleaner and driver regarding related administrative matters.
• Assisting in the organization of the Communication group retreat, including choosing the venue, transportation, and catering.
• Assisting with travel (booking tickets, hotels).
• Assisting with official visits (hotel bookings, transportation, visa requests to MFA).
• Assisting with printing (communicating with vendors, collecting quotes, assisting with layout of printing production).
• Assisting with posting to social media and to the website.
• Assisting with drafting correspondence on administrative and financial matters.
• Coordinating with IT support for technical issues such as printer and computer problems.
• Maintaining and organizing files and documents related to administrative and financial matters.
• Perform other duties as required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five years of experience in administration, finance, accounting, audit, human resources, or related areas is required.
• Experience in Microsoft Office is required.
Fluency in English and Russian is required.
